Is my website custom-designed?
Yes. Every LaunchBox site is designed around your business — your brand, services, customers, and goals. We don't drop you into a generic template.
What information do you need from me?
Your logo (if you have one), a short description of your business and services, contact details, any photos you'd like to feature, and a sense of the style you like. We'll walk you through it.
How quickly can my website be launched?
"Online in a day" is our streamlined positioning — timing depends on your project scope and how quickly you can share the materials we need. We'll give you a clear timeline once we've reviewed your project.
Are hosting and SSL security included?
Yes. Domain hosting and an SSL certificate are included in every plan, so your site stays secure and online without anything for you to manage.
What does "unlimited site edits" include?
Send us updates whenever you need them — new hours, photos, services, pages, text changes — and we make the edits for you. If a request goes beyond routine edits (a major redesign, for example), we'll talk it through with you first.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, we'll help you point it at your new site with no disruption to your business.
Can you help me obtain a new domain?
Yes. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll help you choose one that fits your business and get it set up.
Are email addresses included?
Unlimited email addresses on your domain are available as an add-on — $24.95/mo total for the website plan plus unlimited email (vs. $14.95/mo for the standard website plan).
What happens after my payment plan ends?
Once your installment period is complete, you move to the ongoing website plan you selected — $14.95/mo (standard) or $24.95/mo (with unlimited email). That keeps hosting, SSL, and unlimited edits in place.
Can my website accept payments or appointment requests?
Many small-business features like online payments, booking, and forms can be added. Tell us what you need on your contact form or during onboarding and we'll confirm what's a fit for your project.
